We had a wonderful time in Paris. The boys and I took the train, which was about a six hour journey. We had to go from Newcastle to London and then changed trains at Kings Cross and took the Eurostar to Paris. We did some sightseeing and also got to go back to Disneyland! It was so good to see Grandpa and Bette and be able to spend a few days with them. The boys of course are already planning their next trip to Paris!

Good Morning Paris! The boys loved the view from our hotel room |
We stayed at the hotel Mercure which was so close to the Eiffel Tower, it was so neat to walk outside and it was just there, even more amazing at night when it is all lit up. |
Peppa Pig, this little stuffed animal was dragged all over the streets of Paris. His home is at Samuel's pre-school, but there is always some lucky family that gets to have Peppa accompany them on their adventures. |
Very excited to be spending a few days with Grandpa Woody and Bette |
Riding the Metro |
Typically lunch for us in Paris, Ice Cream and French Fries |
Versailles |
Something was really funny, we all did a lot of laughing! |
Samuel and his walking stick, which was absolutely devastating when he was told it could not go back to the hotel with us. |
Notre Dame |
Walking along the Seine River |
The Concergerie, this is the location where Marie Antoinette was imprisoned before being beheaded. Samuel was very concerned as to the whereabouts of her head now. |
Sainte Chapelle. A very hidden Cathedral, but absolutely breathtaking inside! |
Boat ride down the Seine River |
Owen like to pretend he was holding up the bridges when we passed underneath |
Samuel falls asleep on the boat |
Very excited to be back at Disneyland Paris |
Owen on his jousting horse |
Samuel and his big tub of Popcorn |
The boys were tall enough to go on the Hollywood tower, and actually somewhat enjoyed it. Waiting in line for the elevator, I was definitely second guessing my parenting skills! |
The End of a great five days in Paris! |
